Loretta Baily
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, 18 spent with River Oak Contracting, Loretta Baily has gained a wide range of expertise leading to her current position as President and Chief Financial Officer.
Trapas Pratt
With a degree in Construction Management and over 20 years experience working in the construction industry in all phases of field work and management, Trapas has worked his way to the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
